All SOY donors qualify for the Colorado Child Care Contribution Credit!
The Child Care Contribution Credit equals a 50% state credit of the total contribution. The tax credit is a reduction of the taxes owed as opposed to a deduction that reduces the income on which taxes are calculated.

When I donate to SOY, how do I take advantage of this credit? It’s simple! Please specify “Child Care Contribution” in the memo section of your check.
What documentation is provided by SOY to substantiate my charitable gift? SOY will send you a thank you letter and a Colorado Tax Form (DR1317) to be used for your taxes.
