We're rolling out the red carpet for our Save Our Youth mentors and mentees at our annual Christmas celebration, and we need YOU to help make the magic happen for 200+ guests!
This year's theme is Christmas at the Movies! We're transforming the morning into a festive movie-inspired experience, complete with fun activity stations, delicious movie-themed food and drinks, Christmas cheer, and a special message celebrating the hope we have in Christ.
Whether you've volunteered with us for years or this is your first time, we'd love to have you join the cast!
Event date is Saturday, December 12th in Arvada, CO
SET THE SCENE | 7:30–9:30 AM Help us transform the church into a Christmas movie experience!
BE PART OF THE ACTION | 9:30 AM–12:30 PM Join the fun during the celebration! Volunteers will help run movie-themed food and activity stations. Bring your energy, your smile, and a little Christmas spirit!
THAT'S A WRAP! | 12:30–2:00 PM Help us clean up, and leave the church better than we found it.

Love planning parties, decorating, or coming up with fun themes? We have a special volunteer opportunity for YOU!
Think Kevin's Cheese Pizza (Home Alone) 🍕 or Buddy the Elf's North Pole Pancake Bar (Elf) 🥞 — complete with festive decorations, creative signage, and delicious food!
Here's what you'll do:
Pick a theme and plan a fun movie-inspired food station.
Purchase the food and supplies needed for your station.
Decorate and set up your table to bring the movie theme to life.
Help serve your station during the Christmas party.
And yes, we have a budget! We'll work with you on food costs and supplies. You bring the creativity, and we'll help with the resources!
This is a perfect opportunity for a small group, family, or team of 2–3 volunteers to serve together. We'll have multiple food stations throughout the event, each with its own fun theme!
