Are you ready to "Show Tomorrow" to your mentee?
Skills 4 Success helps you "show tomorrow" by equipping your mentee with tools to dream bigger, make wiser choices, and prepare for adulthood.
This resource hub includes Big Life Journal, Level All video modules, and Senior Experience—each designed to build life skills, resilience, and future readiness.
We recommend starting the Big Life Journal around your 6-month mark and the Level All content around your year mark, but that timeline is flexible based on your individual relationship. If you are still building trust and rapport, keep focusing on that. If that's established, it is a great time to introduce these tools! Talk to your Mentoring Specialist if you need help deciding if now is the right time!

The Senior Experience
The final step in our Skills 4 Success journey is the Senior Experience, designed for matches with high school senior mentees. Mentoring becomes even more impactful during this milestone year as we help mentees finish strong and prepare for what’s next.
You can check out the Senior Experience page here to look ahead. Each month, we’ll send a newsletter with a timeline and roadmap to help you stay on track with deadlines and key steps for life after high school.
We also host a few in-person gatherings for fun and community—ending with a big graduation celebration in May to honor all the hard work that got them there!
