1. Summer Bucket List
Should you accept it, your challenge is to complete five activities in four categories, as a match! Our hope is that this will stretch your comfort zone and provide summer-long fun! You should have received a copy in the mail, you can print at a local library for free, or ask Angela for a copy!
BONUS: Once you complete the Summer Bucket List challenge, email Candace Mitchell for free tickets to a summer activity of your choice – Elitch’s, Waterworld, Meow Wolf, or a paddleboard rental to celebrate!
2. Summer Meetups
Hang out with other matches during one of our Group Meet Ups this summer. We have a college campus tour, workshops on how to find a teen job and personality strengths, and fun at the office!
Meet Ups are a unique way to meet other matches and connect with Save Our Youth staff. Click the link below for all details and to RSVP!
3. Summer Stipends
We want to help mentees build on their interests and discover new ones! That’s why we have curated a list of enriching summer opportunities already happening in the Denver Metro and beyond. Many of these offer scholarships and Save Our Youth will cover up to $100 of remaining fees.

Level All
You may have noticed that Level All Learning is a Bucket List activity! If you aren’t yet familiar, Level All is an interactive platform full of fun, bite-sized lessons to help your mentee build confidence, life skills, and a roadmap for success. It’s a key part of our Skills 4 Success program and includes summer-specific lessons.
In addition to the ones listed on the Bucket List, we have a few additional recommendations on our Summer list!
To get started, we recommend mentors make an account on behalf of their mentee (with login information they are comfortable sharing with their mentee). However, if a mentee is 13 or older, he/she can make their own account if preferred.
Make the account using the onboarding code: SOYUSER. Choose the grade level and demographics of the mentee, not mentor. Create Account

You can either click on the “Journey” tab at the top of your account to access the “Summer Spark” journey (scroll down). Or you can check out our Skills 4 Success page and scroll down to the “Summer” Playlist to click on the individual lessons.
We encourage you to work through the lessons together as a match. You can break this up and spread it out however you want.
