Children need at least one positive role model in their lives. Children need to learn and be affirmed that they are valued and matter.
"Hope Rising"
You know that kid...that one...
You know that kid...that one...

You know that kid. The one whose grades are slipping, the one who can’t participate in extracurricular activities because they’re babysitting their siblings. The one who acts as a translator for their family. The one being raised by their grandparents.

The one who needs just one extra positive adult in their life to give them the one-on-one attention that you’re trying to provide…to so many students. The one who has all the potential but faces so many barriers. Someone came to your mind, didn’t they? Yes, that one. We share your concern and passion for that one.

We want to partner with you, because together, we can create a support system that holds up and builds up that one.

It's Summer!

As educators, you have worked tirelessly all year to support your students. We hope you’re getting a well-deserved summer break!

Before that final bell rings, consider nominating your students for our mentoring program. We’ll do our best to get them matched with a mentor over the summer.

We don’t need to tell you how pivotal summertime is for kids.  Without regular engagement, students can regress in their academic and social skills. It can be a lonely and isolating time. With a mentor, our youth gain access to activities, personal growth opportunities, and camp scholarships. Most importantly, they have an engaged adult involved over the summer.

Visit our Summer Spark page to see how our mentees enjoy an all-access pass to summer fun!

Mentoring Enhances Education

Mentoring programs positively impact high school graduation rates among youth.

Mentored youth are more likely to graduate from high school compared to their non-mentored peers. The National Mentoring Partnership reports that students who meet regularly with their mentors are 52% less likely to skip a day of school.

Studies show that mentored youth have a significantly higher likelihood of graduating from high school compared to those without a mentor.
